At times it seemed I only existed to see you. To only catch a fleeting glimpse. A playful tease of my senses. You came, you saw, you took something that wasn't yours. Holding on to what brought me here. Yearning to spread my wings but closing them at the first hint of the the winds seeking me soar. Afraid of what is and what is yet to come..Knowing the tears that fall wont fall for ever but that's a comfort hard to grasp in the darkness, as the cold comes to call. Memories of only the good can only sustain for a moment. My dreams come to bear but you are absent and I can do nothing but drift through my slumber. Images pass before me and my heart watches with anticipation but is disappointed once again. Where are you?
